Applications and models
Intersam industrial cubic coolers are ideal for placement on the ceilings of conservation and refrigeration chambers of all kinds of genres. This range consists of four series according to their use for high (ICIAW), medium (ICIMW), low (ICIBW) and very low temperatures (ICITW).
Its batteries are high performance and are built in smooth 1/2 ”copper tube and corrugated aluminum fins with 4.2 gaps; 6; 8 and 10mm. The frame is made of sheet aluminum, and is provided with protection collars. They have a Venturi type distribution system for the application of thermostatic expansion valves.
In relation to its exterior structure, its finish is in high resistance RAL 9018 polyester lacquered aluminum. Optionally, it can be all stainless steel, including the tray. As its structure is compact and highly rigid, vibrations are avoided. On the other hand, all the parts are easily removable for maintenance.
The standard equipment has high performance helical fans with protective grilles. These fans are equipped with 400, 500, 630 and 800mm diameter motors. They are three-phase for 400V / 50Hz, with IP-54 degree of protection, with external rotor and are also low consumption. The bearings are provided with a special grease to operate with the same performance at temperatures down to -50 ° C. Also, as an option, the motors can be connected to a general watertight box, according to the IP-55 standard.
Defrosting is carried out through 230V electric heaters built in armored stainless steel tube. The derivations are avoided thanks to the vulcanized ends of said resistors that are inserted inside the battery and the tray and, in turn, are connected to a watertight junction box. All models in this range can be supplied with defrosting resistors.
Fortunately, there are a wide variety of configuration options in these series. These options allow, for example, modifying the coil fins and tubes, applying anti-corrosion treatments, etc.
As for defrosting, you can opt for an electric defrost in battery and tray, by hot gas in coil with resistance in tray or with double insulated drain tray. The equipment can be completed with ring heaters on the mouth and with defrost sleeves on the fans.
